President Tina

Rotary Club of Turlock club president for 2011-2012 Tina Gong was born and raised in this great small town of Turlock.  She started her working career at the young ripe age of 5 when she could stand on a milk crate in the family grocery store and peek over the counter top.

Growing up Tina went through the Turlock School system where she played tennis competitively in high school and while she attended California State University, Stanislaus. In 1994 she received her BS in Accounting. For the past 11 years Tina has been employed by Gemperle Enterprises.

A member of Turlock Rotary since 2009, Tina has been on the steering committee for Teens In Action for the past 2 years and completed the Leadership of Turlock Class of 2009. She has a love and passion for kids. Tina has been the Awana Director at her church for the past 10 years and is involved in directing summer camps. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, shopping with friends and spending time with her family.
